This set is a lot of leg work less the arms. Moving grooving just to bump up my heart rate. Cardio building endurance for longer workouts. This is more advanced cardio and less swingy dance moves. I get overheated sweaty and out of breath much quicker than usual on this one. Feels good but wears me down. 20lbs overweight. 360 degree turning to have the full body all views front back and sides.
